Oh muh gurrrrd

Yesterday was devastating... Did a crap load of dead lift (finishing at 405 1x3) and military press (1x5 200) then went over to my buddy's house and did front squats... (finishing up with 300 2x3) I tried to do some keg loading but I fried my shoulders doing stuff at the gym X.x. Enjoyed the rest of the night just relaxing with my girlfriend.  =D (overall a spectacular day minus having to go to work xD)

  10. i love lifting until my body is fu* because that means your muscle grows. but i damaged my back muscle last week so i cant work out ...

  15. those are some nice lifts! im a twiggy 6'6" calisthenics enthusiast, first time i tried dead lifts, i got up to 205
