Got up at 10am, yesterday was very good =D, today and went over to my buddy's house to workout. Did front squats for a warmup only did 250 five times. Moved on to deadlift did my warm ups did 315 1x4 410 2x3 430 2x3 and then did doubles of 450, 460 and a single of 480. Then moved on to keg loading over a 53" bar did 280 once and 230 five times... I'm exhausted i got work in an hour and half too then my girl is comin over at midnight weeeeee busy day! Good thing my work day is only 3 hours xD!
