Crazy workout yesterday. Warmed up with squats and did axle continental clean and press (the axle's handle is ~3 the size of a soda can and the entire bar weighs 120 instead of 45lbs). Did progressing weights until I hit 275 and I got it twice =D. Today though, I will being going to two family BBQs with my woman. This should be a great day!
