great day overall!

My girl stayed over last night after mild drinking and karaoke at the bowling alley.  Today was hectic only 5 hours of sleep (not good for me at all) followed by 5 hours of driving around.  It was a bit mentally taxing on my girlfriend and me.  We got through it though ;D.  Just got back from working out.  Did a crap load of incline; doing singles of 240, 250, 260 and 270.  Then doing 4 set of 5 reps of 210.  Followed by sets of 10 with chains (chains are about 40-60lbs per side the bar is 120 and weight was added after each set of 10).  Rough day but I feel accomplished. =D

  11. Man, you're a boss haha. Sounds like a great time you had. There's really no place to go karaoke-ing around here, though I've always kinda wanted to go out with some friends and do it.
