Sunday mornin'

Crazy workout yesterday.  Warmed up with squats and did axle continental clean and press (the axle's handle is ~3 the size of a soda can and the entire bar weighs 120 instead of 45lbs).  Did progressing weights until I hit 275 and I got it twice =D.  Today though, I will being going to two family BBQs with my woman.  This should be a great day!

  7. @thirtyseven >.> WOAH! watch what you say buddy that isnt white trash you're just out of the loop on strong man events obviously. X.x flipping 600 800 1000 and 1300lbs tires is GREAT training for strength endurance and stamina

  23. I work out a lot but I can't bench worth a crap. My friend told me its because I'm not holding the bar correctly or something but its just not working for me. :/

  24. Nice man, hope you took it easy on the BBQ :). I did a great exercise yesterday after running. I don't know the name but you jump in the air, squat, then do a push up. Shit had me exhausted.
