cheers!

My buddy's b-day is today.  I AM feeling better most of my symptoms are gone =D.  I worked out last night.  Did a 275 3x4 on front squats then did 6 reps of the 280 keg for keg loading (doubled my rep number since last week =D).  Sunday was shitty =( the damn gym was closed when I got there. =\
