Tired!
It's thursday morning I'm tired and I have crap to do! x.x BUT I'm excited because on saturday I get to go to Indy and watch my buddy compete in a strongman competition. =D!!!! I was going to compete but I got hurt a few months ago and couldn't do any heavy leg lifts because of my back. =( (I torqued it when I off centered myself doin 350lbs squats in march =\ )

ReplyDeleteI'm jealous, I used to be able to get in some heavy squats a few years ago, but unfortunately I had a compound fracture in my leg that has since prevented from all the best/brutal leg exercises.

ReplyDeleteI went to a 21st get-together yesterday and got slightly drunk on wine, had 1 hour or less sleep and went to the gym on the way back from a friends house I was staying at.
